Grid penalties for Vettel and Ericsson

British Grand Prix: Grid penalties for Vettel and Ericsson Sebastian Vettel adapted a gearbox change ahead of qualifying for the British GP, the Ferrari driver thus receiving a five-place grid penalty for the second race in sequence. Vettel had another trouble start to a wet day when he told the team over the radio following his final lap during the FP3: 'I think we failed another gearbox'. The German adapted a five-place grid penalty in Austria last weekend for an unscheduled gearbox change. Vettel was the lead Ferrari in fifth, with team mate Kimi Raikkonen ninth. Marcus Ericsson will also receive a new gearbox following huge crash in FP3.
