Ricciardo perplexed by poor pace

Red Bull/Getty Images Daniel Ricciardo says he and Red Bull must work out why he lacked pace compared to team-mate Max Verstappen at the Austrian Grand Prix. Ricciardo started ahead of Verstappen but was overhauled by his team-mate, who went on to finish on the podium, while the Australian swatted away a threat from McLaren's Jenson Button to take fifth. "I think for the team it was a really good day," he said. "We didn’t expect to be on the podium here in Austria. Obviously I wish I was up there with Max, but from my side the race was a bit disappointing.
