Rosberg penalised for last lap Hamilton crash

Austrian Grand Prix – Nico Rosberg has been given a ten second time penalty, as well as points on his superlicence, for his part in the last lap intra-Mercedes collision.  Rosberg and Hamilton were summoned before the stewards after the pair collided while duelling for the lead on the final lap. Rosberg, having made a small error at the first corner, had come under pressure from Hamilton into Turn 2, where the pair collided. This was due to Rosberg appearing to delay turning in to the corner, having taken the inside line. With damage to both cars, they managed to keep going. Rosberg's front wing broke and, in a shower of sparks, he fumbled home in P4. Hamilton's car was less damaged...
