Rosberg penalised, but stays fourth

– Nico Rosberg has been given a 10-second penalty, two penalty points and a reprimand after colliding with Lewis Hamilton at the Austrian Grand Prix, but he keeps fourth place.Rosberg and Hamilton clashed on the final lap of Sunday's race at the Red Bull Ring, as they battled for the lead, with the stewards deeming that Rosberg was at fault.Rosberg, who moved into the lead during the first stops, ran wide at Turn 1 as he struggled with his brakes, which gave Hamilton an opportunity to attack on the run to Turn 2.Hamilton tried a move on the outside of Turn 2, but Rosberg held firm and the pair touched; Hamilton went on to win, as Rosberg dropped to fourth with a broken front wing.It...
