Pascal Wehrlein worried new Red Bull Ring kerbs will damage cars

Manor's Pascal Wehrlein has expressed concern the new kerbs installed around the Red Bull Ring could cause damage to the underneath of the cars if a driver simply runs a little wide, and could even catapult cars into the air. The new kerbs, which feature yellow 'sausages' on the outside, are aimed at punishing drivers for running off the track, but Wehrlein reckons they could pose a danger if a car crosses them at speed. 'The first corner and the last two corners, they [the drivers] are always trying to go as wide as possible, but I just saw they put some yellow kerbs there, some yellow bumps, really strange,' he explained following his Thursday track walk.
