Ricciardo confirms Red Bull 2018 deal

– Daniel Ricciardo has formally confirmed that he will remain with Red Bull until the end of 2018, after Team Principal Christian Horner revealed the Australian's long-term deal earlier this month.Ricciardo, who turns 27 on Friday, intimated prior to the Canadian Grand Prix that he would look elsewhere if Red Bull could not guarantee fighting for the title across the next few years.Horner reacted to Ricciardo's comments by emphasising that the Australian holds a five-year contract, having moved up from Toro Rosso at the start of 2014.Speaking ahead of Red Bull's home race in Austria this weekend, Ricciardo confirmed that he will remain with the team until 2018."It goes both...
