Kimi Raikkonen needs to prove he deserves Ferrari seat - Sergio Marchionne

Ferrari chairman Sergio Marchionne has called on Kimi Raikkonen to up his game if he's to secure a new contract with the Italian outfit next season. Raikkonen's three-year deal ended last season but the team chose to offer him a new one-year deal for 2016, reviewed yearly. Therefore his future at the team isn't currently secure. Although Ferrari are keen to keep stability and please lead driver Sebastian Vettel, a run of poor performances has cast a shadow over Raikkonen's future and Marchionne says it's up to the Finn to prove he's deserving of the seat.
