Medium and soft dominate British GP choices

 XPB Images The medium and soft compound tyres dominate team choices for the British Grand Prix at the high-speed Silverstone circuit. For the past three years, only the medium and hard tyre have been available to teams at Silverstone due to the circuit featuring a number of high-speed corners. However, as part of the new tyre regulations, the soft compound was also available this year and teams have opted to select a majority of the softest tyre. Most teams have selected just one set of the hardest compound for each driver, with only Ferrari, Red Bull and Toro Rosso picking two, while Haas splits it strategy with two sets of hards for Romain Grosjean and one for Esteban...
