Sainz, Magnussen get pre-race penalties
Carlos Sainz and Kevin Magnussen have been penalised ahead of the the European Grand Prix following gearbox changes. Sainz had qualified in 13th position, while Magnussen had finished in 21st, only ahead of teammate Jolyon Palmer. Magnussen, however, will take the start from the pitlane after his team decided to make set-up changes to his car's suspension.
