Ferrari slams Allison rumours as a "lack of respect"

Ferrari has slammed media reports linking James Allison with a Renault role as showing a 'lack of respect' in the wake of the personal tragedy the technical chief suffered this year. Speculation over the Canadian Grand Prix weekend wrongly suggested that Allison was considering a move to Renault as part of the French manufacturer's revamp programme. Instead, Allison has never wavered from his commitment to a future at Maranello and has made it clear to Ferrari that he is not interested in a move elsewhere.
