Canadian GP: Magnussen will miss F1 qualifying Kevin Magnussen appeared to lose power heading into the seventh corner causing a heavy smash during the final practice session for Canadian Grand Prix, only a few hours before qualifying. Kevin's car heavily damaged, not enough time to repair it, and he will miss qualifying battle. The footage was inconclusive; the Dane accelerating just before turn seven, and shifting to third gear, suddenly his rear tyres spun and hit into the wall, severely hampering his Qualification chances.
