Merc talking exclusively to Rosberg
Despite claims that Nico Rosberg's contract talks with Mercedes have hit a snag, Toto Wolff says they won't speak with other drivers until the matter is resolved. According to a report in Germany's Bild, Mercedes have offered Rosberg a one-year extension but the German wants a three-year deal. Former F1 driver Gerhard Berger, who is helping with the negotiations, told the newspaper: 'It's not about money. It's about something else.' He added: 'We need to agree with the strategy they (Mercedes) want to go with for the future. If they agree, then we can negotiate.' And while both parties continue to haggle, Mercedes motorsport boss Wolff insists he won't be speaking with any other drivers....
