Kevin Magnussen: “Certainly we want to be fighting for points”
After a relatively good start to the 2016 Monaco Grand Prix for Kevin Magnussen, the Renault Sport F1 driver's efforts were dashed when he collided with the Scuderia Toro Rosso of Daniil Kvyat, ultimately putting an end to the Dane’s race. It was a rash move by the Russian who has been penalised for his part in the incident, however that is no consolation to Magnussen who came away from Monaco with zero points. The Dane has put the last rounds misfortune behind him however, and is now concentrating on achieving a more positive result in Montreal. “It’s a cool circuit with a semi-street track vibe to it.
