Williams can be "proud" of place in F1 pecking order

Claire Williams says her team has plenty to be proud of despite not having been able to match rivals like Mercedes or Ferrari. Williams has finished third in the constructors' championship for the past two seasons despite not having won a race since the 2012 season. Inevitable, the Grove team has been held back by its smaller budget compared to its main rivals.
