Alfonso Celis content with first day

Barcelona Testing – Alfonso Celis was at the wheel of the VJM09 on Tuesday, placing P8 with 99 laps on the charts.  The Mexican driver did a late run on the SuperSoft tyres to move up from the bottom of the times, having spent most of the day as the man with the slowest time. His late 1:25.467 moved him up to P8, and he said afterwards that he's starting to feel more confident in the car: “It was a very positive day with a lot of mileage and some good work with different tyre compounds. It was interesting to come back here after winter testing: the track and weather conditions are quite different and the same applies to the car, so it took a few runs to adapt.
