Esteban Ocon can notice difference in new Renault power unit
Barcelona Testing – Renault reserve driver Esteban Ocon says that the difference in the new specification power unit from the engine manufacturer is noticeable. Ocon drove the RS16 for the first day of testing in Barcelona, clocking up 105 laps, albeit as the slowest man. His best time was over three seconds off the best time set by Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, as the team spent the day trying out the new Renault power unit, a B-specification that is scheduled to be introduced at next month's Canadian Grand Prix.
