The championship leader Rosberg made his best lap-time with soft-compound, 0.254s clear of Ferrari’s Kimi Raikkonen in second. Minor mistakes and traffic cost, Hamilton’s fastest soft tyre run, ending FP2 with third fastest, 0.719s off his teammate’s benchmark.
