Horner says Kvyat form struggle led to Verstappen replacement

Spanish Grand Prix – Red Bull Racing boss Christian Horner says that the decision to replace Daniil Kvyat with Max Verstappen after Russia was not taken lightly. Speaking to the press in Spain, Horner explained that a lot of thought had gone into the team's decision to promote Verstappen from the junior team Toro Rosso into Daniil Kvyat's seat, with the Russian driver moving vice versa.
