Palmer 'pumped-up' for Spain

Renault driver Jolyon Palmer says he is “pumped-up” and aiming for a “strong” result in the Spanish Grand Prix this weekend. The former GP2 champion has had a tough baptism since making his Formula One debut, but after the floor on his RS16 was changed in Russia, was happier with the balance - reporting it felt “more normal and consistent again” - and is keen now to show what he can do in Barcelona. “A strong, solid weekend would be nice,” Palmer said. “We've made progress with the car and I'm happy with the balance and how it drives again.
