Ryan ‘optimistic’ of Manor progress following development push

Dave Ryan, the Racing Director of Manor Racing, hopes the development package the team are introducing at this weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix at the Circuit de Catalunya will help aid their continued progress away from the back of the Formula 1 field.
