Ocon to run for Mercedes in Barcelona

Mercedes AMG Petronas have confirmed that Esteban Ocon will complete the second day of testing for the team following the Spanish Grand Prix. The team testing schedule: Day One – Nico Rosberg Day Two – Esteban Ocon This confirms that Esteban Ocon remains very much part of the Mercedes young driver programme, despite his Renault Sport F1 commitments. Ocon is set for a very busy few days, in addition his Mercedes commitments he will be running in FP1 for the Renault Sport F1 team in place of Jolyon Palmer, and on Day One of the post race test again for Renault Sport.
