Helmut Marko says Kvyat couldn't handle Ricciardo pressure
Spanish Grand Prix – Red Bull boss Dr. Helmut Marko says that the decision to drop Daniil Kvyat from the senior squad was taken after the Russian Grand Prix. Kvyat has been moved aside to the junior Toro Rosso team, the squad at which he made his debut at the beginning of 2014. Taking his place at Red Bull is young Dutch driver, Max Verstappen. Speaking after the announcement was made on Thursday, Dr. Helmut Marko, who runs the Red Bull Young Driver program, said that the decision was made due to Kvyat failing to handle the pressure from Daniel Ricciardo.
