Haryanto fined 200 for pit lane speeding Manor Racing driver Rio Haryanto has received a fine of 200 for speeding in the Sochi pit lane during the third practice session for Russian Grand Prix. Pit lane speed limit being 60km/h, the figure of 200 is generated as Haryanto's Manor was clocked at 61.8km/h and each kilometer over the limit equates to 200. Stewards statement The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter, determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the competitor named below and impose the penalty referred to.
