Hamilton quickest in Friday practice for Russian GP

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton was fastest on Friday in practice for this Sunday’s Russian Grand Prix, the fourth round in the 2016 FIA Formula 1 World Championship. Hamilton finished second practice at the Sochi Autodrom with a 1 minute 37.583 second lap, which put him 0.652secs up on Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel, and 0.867secs up on team-mate, Nico Rosberg. Vettel’s session, however, was cut short due to an electrical problem – the German forced to park his Ferrari on the start-finish straight, while Rosberg encountered traffic.
