Ferrari president feels F1 must captialise on digital media

Ferrari’s president Sergio Marchionne feels that F1 needs to do more in order to capitalise on social and digital media in order to attract a new audience. Chief Executive of the Formula One Group, Bernie Ecclestone, admitted that his comments just 18 months earlier may have been misinformed. 'I couldn't understand it,' he said at the Advertising Week Europe event last week, “People said to me ‘ah yes, but the young kids are doing this'.
