Hamilton leaves Wolff open-mouthed by development

Toto Wolff says Lewis Hamilton's personal development as a driver since joining Mercedes in 2013 has left him stunned and has been seriously impressed by the way the defending F1 world champion has reacted to recent adversities. The Mercedes chief has sympathised with his British driver who has endured a run of poor form caused by three consecutive first-lap incidents which have compromised his races in 2016, while in China he was forced to start from the back of the grid to due an engine fault during qualifying.
