Horner hails 'incredible' Ricciardo effort

– Red Bull team boss Christian Horner has heaped praise on Daniel Ricciardo for securing second on the grid at the Chinese Grand Prix.As Mercedes' Nico Rosberg stormed clear on the final Q3 runs, Ricciardo scrapped with the Ferrari drivers for the final front row slot.Ricciardo ultimately did enough to usurp Kimi Räikkönen, who had held provisional pole, and Sebastian Vettel, who completed one run."Where on earth did that come from?
