Rosberg storms to pole as Hamilton hits trouble

Nico Rosberg claims his first pole position of the season ahead of Daniel Ricciardo. Lewis Hamilton suffered an ERS problem in Q1. With the apparent raw speed of Ferrari and qualifying making a welcome return to the 2015 format, expectations were high for a dramatic qualifying hour in Shanghai. The weather stayed away for the start of Q1 with the majority of the track dry, with the exception of two puddles at either end of the start/finish straight. Barely three minutes had gone by before the session was red flagged, courtesy of Manor's Pascal Wehrlein being caught out by a bump on a wet patch along the start/finish straight, which with DRS open, sent him skidding into the barrier and...
