Horner: 2017 regulations a compromise

At long last, following the usual delay due to self-interest and failure to agree on anything, it appears the much anticipated regulations changes for 2017 are about to be confirmed. 'It was planned for the end of February, but because nobody can decide these days it was postponed until April,' said Christian Horner in an interview with the official F1 website. 'As we already know with a fair degree of certainty what the regulations are for next year, I should think all teams are now balancing their resources between 2016 and 2017,' he added.
