Ericsson: Lack of power compromised start

– Marcus Ericsson says a power problem with his Sauber C35 compromised the opening section of his Bahrain Grand Prix, as the team was again unable to compete for points.Ericsson started from 17th place but made only notional progress at the expense of rivals who suffered first lap contact, and dropped behind team-mate Felipe Nasr, who had started from last place.Ericsson ran a Soft/Soft/Medium strategy as Sauber attempted a two stop strategy, allowing the Swede to run inside the top 10, but he dropped behind Stoffel Vandoorne and Kevin Magnussen late on."The race was fun with a lot of fights," Ericsson said."The start was a bit unfortunate.
