Vettel out on Formation Lap

Bahrain Grand Prix – Sebastian Vettel's race ended before it began after the Ferrari pulled off the circuit in a plume of smoke on the Bahrain Grand Prix formation lap. The Ferrari driver was due to start the Bahrain Grand Prix from the second row of the grid in third place, but the four-time world champion's race ended in retirement half-way through the formation lap. A problem for the Ferrari power unit resulted in Vettel leaving a huge plume of smoke spouting from the tail of the car. This article will be updated as and when news details of the failure arrives.
