Magnussen penalised with pit lane start

– Renault's Kevin Magnussen must start the Bahrain Grand Prix from the pit lane after failing to stop at the weighbridge during the second practice session.Magnussen failed to stop "when signalled to do so by the red traffic light, the car was not returned to the FIA garage and work was undertaken," read a statement issued on Friday evening.Magnussen, who finished the second session in 16th position, must now start Sunday's race from the pit lane, irrespective of where he qualifies.The Danish driver finished 12th in Australia on his comeback to the sport after a year out.
