Kimi Raikkonen: “We always try to do our best”
Kimi Raikkonen finished inside the top five in both free practice sessions in Bahrain and felt it had been an ‘OK’ day on track on Friday, and hopes the team can have a strong weekend. The Scuderia Ferrari driver was the best of the rest behind the dominant Mercedes duo of Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton in opening practice, and then finished fifth in the second practice session under the lights around the Sakhir International Circuit. The only disappointment Raikkonen had was traffic during his fastest Supersoft tyre run, and despite being off the pace of Mercedes, insists that tomorrow is another day and hopes for a strong weekend in the desert. “It was a normal and pretty OK day,...
