Tilke: Baku will be ‘world's fastest city circuit'

Speaking ahead of it's debut later this year, Formula One circuit and race venue designer Hermann Tilke believes the Baku City Circuit will be the fastest street circuit in the world. Formula One will race on the streets of Azerbaijan's capital city, Baku, for the first time later on this year and is the eighth round of the calendar. The circuit's creator, Hermann Tilke, has been tasked with designing many of Formula One's latest additions to the circuit, including the Sepang International Circuit in Malaysia, the Bahrain International Circuit and Moscow Raceway in Russia.
