GPDA: Decision making in F1 ‘obsolete’ and ‘ill-structured”

A statement released by the Grand Prix Drivers' Association [GPDA] is asking for a radical overhaul of how Formula 1’s rules are made, citing the current system as both ‘obsolete’ and ‘ill-structured’. Chairman Alexander Wurz and current driver representatives Jenson Button and Sebastian Vettel signed an open letter stating how the GPDA feels about the state of Formula 1 and how its rule makers make their decisions, with some recent rule changes in particular not addressing the true problems faced by the sport.
