GPDA hits out at Formula 1 governance
Pirelli Media The Grand Prix Drivers' Association, which represents the majority of Formula 1 drivers, has criticised the manner in which the sport is run, in a letter published on social media on Wednesday. On behalf of the GPDA, chairman Alex Wurz, along with Sebastian Vettel and Jenson Button, signed the letter, which was addressed to the sport's 'stakeholders, followers, and fans.' "We drivers love our sport! Since childhood, we dreamed of racing the fastest race cars from the top teams on the coolest tracks again the best drivers in the world.
