Hamilton fastest in busy final practice
LEWIS HAMILTON AND MERCEDES clocked the fastest time during a very busy final practice session at the Albert Park street circuit, closely followed by team-mate Nico Rosberg and the two Ferrari's. Hamilton has topped all three practice sessions, topping both the washout practice sessions yesterday, and storming to the top of the time-sheets during the final practice in the dry. For the first time, Mercedes trailed the super-soft tyres with both Hamilton and Rosberg, and the best time was set by Lewis Hamilton which was a 1m25.624s, who had little over a tenth advantage from Rosberg, and two tenths back to Vettel who had made a mistake on his super-soft run.
