Palmer admits Renault expectations low

Renault Sport Formula 1 rookie Jolyon Palmer has admitted that Renault's expectations are low as it prepares for its full-time comeback into the sport at this weekend's Australian Grand Prix. Renault has taken over the Lotus operation to lead a Formula 1 team for the first time since 2010, with Palmer retained as a driver, having originally been signed by the outfit in its previous guise. Palmer had already expressed frustrations over his disrupted pre-season testing programme and now accepts that the ambition is to be in the top 10 later in the season.
