Alan Jones: Daniel Ricciardo should replace Kimi Raikkonen at Ferrari

1980 F1 world champion Alan Jones believes Ferrari should replace Kimi Raikkonen with Daniel Ricciardo for the 2017 season. Raikkonen’s contract at Ferrari runs out at the end of this season and Jones is confident Ricciardo will pick up the second spot alongside Sebastian Vettel. The Red Bull Racing driver was linked to a Ferrari seat for 2016 before the Italian team confirmed Raikkonen would stay for another year. Should Ricciardo move to Ferrari for 2017, it would be his second time as a team-mate to Vettel, having raced alongside him in 2014 at Red Bull.
