Hamilton says Mercedes must be "careful" with Ferrari
Lewis Hamilton says Mercedes needs to be 'careful' about its prospects for the season ahead, amid fears that rival Ferrari is closer than many people think. Although Mercedes had a faultless pre-season test programme and, on fuel and tyre corrected pace, was fastest overall, its Maranello rival did not appear to be that far behind. And with some strong single-lap performance from Kimi Raikkonen, allied to an encouraging race simulation run, many suspect that Ferrari could yet put Mercedes under big pressure in 2016.
