Renault 'pleasantly surprised' with RS16

– Renault technical chief Bob Bell says the manufacturer has been "very pleasantly surprised" by the characteristics of the RS16, following a hectic winter.Renault returns to the Formula 1 field as a fully-fledged works team in 2016, having purchased the Lotus squad at the end of last year after protracted negotiations.Staff at Enstone (chassis) and Viry-Châtillon (engine) worked flat out to prepare the car for testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya over the past two weeks.Despite some technical issues, which largely affected Jolyon Palmer as Kevin Magnussen avoided trouble, Bell is pleased with the early signs from the package."I think we're actually in pretty...
