Hamilton, Verstappen nominated for Laureus World Sports Awards

Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen have picked up nominations for the 2016 Laureus World Sports Awards, which takes place in Berlin on the 18 April. Hamilton, who claimed his third F1 title last season, has been shortlisted for Laureus World Sportsman of the Year, alongside the likes of athletics star Usain Bolt, tennis player Novak Djokovic and footballer Lionel Messi. Verstappen enjoyed an impressive debut for Toro Rosso in 2015, finishing 12th in the standings with 49 points and best finishes of fourth place in Hungary and the USA. He also broke the record for the youngest ever F1 driver when he debuted at the age of 17 in Australia. The Dutchman has been nominated for Laureus World...
