New spec nose for Mercedes on third test day

 XPB Images Mercedes' W07 will appear with a new specification nose today in Barcelona on the third day of the pre-season test. Following a scheduled introduction of various "unusual parts", as labeled by Mercedes boss Toto Wolff, the first of which was unveiled on Tuesday in the form of a novel bargeboard design, the German team will add a second upgrade today when it trials a new nose design, according to Mercedes executive director Paddy Lowe. "We will have a new nose," he confirmed. "That’s typical of the sport at this stage; we’re bringing lots of new parts to the car on a daily basis - all the way up to the first races." Follow live...
