Mercedes promises equal customer status

– Mercedes power unit chief Andy Cowell says the outfit's customer teams will receive the same specification as the works squad, having benefitted from mid-2015 development work.Mercedes pulled forward parts of its 2016 development package at last year's Italian Grand Prix, though the upgrades were only added to the primary team due to the short turnaround time.Cowell is confident that such developments will aid Williams, Force India and Manor in 2016."The upgrade that we introduced in Monza last year took a huge amount of effort from the factory at Brixworth and we only had enough resource to supply the works team with the latest spec at that time," he said."However,...
