Video: New Mercedes W07 completes filming day at Silverstone

The new Mercedes F1 car, the W07, has been successfully shaken down at the UK's Silverstone circuit. Just like in 2015, Mercedes have completed a pre-season shakedown and filming day using their new car. Taking to the Silverstone circuit this morning, the W07 Hybrid, powered by the new PU106C Merc engine, left the garage at 10:15 this morning and was driven by Nico Rosberg & Lewis Hamilton for a grand total of 98 kilometres of running. This is within the regulations for filming days, which allow 100 kilometres of running on two separate days throughout the year using current or new machinery. This running is only permitted on special Pirelli tyres designed specifically for the low speed...
