Toro Rosso STR11 ready to test but launch delayed

Toro Rosso has confirmed it will run a 'blue' STR11 during the first F1 test in Barcelona next weekend, but says the new car will be on track as planned. The Italian team – which has retained Max Verstappen and Carlo Sainz as drivers - traditionally pulls the wraps off its new car the day before pre-season testing gets underway, but will this year roll the STR11 out on the morning of the test without its final livery. Toro Rosso has been facing a race against time to get its new car ready following late changes to the schedule, coupled to the delayed confirmation that it will use a year-old Ferrari power unit in 2016 in a switch from Renault.
