Ferrari names launch date for new F1 car
Ferrari has announced that it will unveil its new Formula 1 car on Friday afternoon. Although the new car will not be seen in public until pre-season testing starts at Barcelona on Monday, the team will release images of its 667 on its official website at 2PM CET on Friday, February 19. The launch is expected to be followed by a private day of filming in Barcelona on Sunday, before the eight days of pre-season testing begin at the Circuit de Catalunya on February 22. Ferrari has high hopes that its 2016 challenger will be the step forward needed to fight against Mercedes for the world championship this year.
