Rowland heads Renault Sport Academy

– Reigning Formula Renault 3.5 champion Oliver Rowland will head Renault's new young driver scheme, as it plots its return to Formula 1 as a full works team in 2016.Rowland, 23, will compete a full programme in the GP2 Series this season, though Renault did not specify for which team.Renault has also signed Louis Delétraz, Jack Aitken and Kevin Jörg to its new academy, which will feature pre-season and mid-season fitness camps and an internship at its Formula 1 base at Enstone.Delétraz will replace Rowland at Fortec in the renamed Formula V8 3.5 championship, while Aitken and Jörg will both make their debuts in the GP3 Series in 2016.Renault's driver academy will be managed by...
