McLaren make management changes for 2016

The McLaren group have made some changes to the management structure ahead of the 2016 season. The appointments, announced on Thursday, will see Jonathan Neale move from acting CEO of McLaren Racing to Chief Operating Officer of McLaren Technology. Replacing Neale will be Jost Capito, current Volkswagen Director of Motorsport. He has 12 years of experience heading up different divisions of Ford, and a further twenty years of experience prior to that working with Porsche, BMW and in management at the Sauber F1 team.
