Engineer Giampaolo Dall'Ara leaves Sauber F1 Team
The Head of Track Engineering at the Sauber F1 Team, Giampaolo Dall'Ara has left after more than 15-years with the Swiss Formula 1 Team. Dall'Ara initially joined Sauber as a test engineer before moving up to head of track engineering in 2009 when the team was owned by BMW. He retained the role following the German manufacturer's departure at the end of that year. He briefly became senior strategy engineer in 2013 but reverted back to the title of head of track engineering for the 2014 and 2015 season. It is not yet confirmed where he will be moving to but it is believed that the 47-year-old Italian will be heading to DTM with BMW. Former race engineer at Red Bull Racing, Timothy...
